The Service sends automated SMS notifications to team members based on activity in internal communication tools. It is intended solely for internal operational use.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Service is limited to current employees and authorized team members of Attorney Adam Burke, LLC who have consented to receive messages.

3. SMS Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Attorney Adam Burke, LLC related to internal team activity. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 500 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming your removal, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment.

4. No Marketing Use

This Service is not used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

5. Changes to the Service
